THE VISION...
Ave Maria Missions, a sponsorship program consecrated to Our Blessed Mother, is dedicated to providing authentic Catholic education to hundreds of impoverished children in Latin America.
Sponsors of students in the Ave Maria Missions program help lift these children from physical, intellectual and spiritual poverty by ministering:
* to the body, by providing a clean environment, purified water to drink and a nutritious meal daily, and by teaching skills necessary to lead a safe and healthy lifestyle.
* to the mind, by offering a comprehensive Catholic education that embraces catechesis and strong academic learning necessary to make each child a self-supporting, contributing member of society.
* and to the spirit, by providing the students with a faith-based environment that is nurtured by personal witness, the Sacraments, and knowledge of the Word of God necessary to inspire vocations and to lead their families and their communities in the Catholic Faith.

>Students and their families learn basic agricultural, hygiene, nutrition, and economic survival skills.
>Children give public testimony of their FAITH by reaching out to their neighbors.
>School events and religious feasts help bring knoweldge of Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother to the whole community.

For just $55 a month ($660 a year) you can be a sponsor providing a full scholarship for a needy child. You will get to know your child personally through photos, letters and newsletters throughout the year. You may also send gifts or join a group of sponsors on a trip to visit the schools and meet the children.
